TSM Counselling provides a service to local employers in the Manchester, Stockport and surrounding areas who wish to offer their staff a counselling facility when such need arises in the workplace.

What is the process?
Having registered your company with TSM Counselling you can offer our service to any one of your staff who seems to be in need of help.
We will provide you with an information sheet for you to give to your staff. This sheet gives them an idea of how TSM Counselling might be able to help and provides them with a phone number to contact our office. We will return their call within 24 hours and arrange an assessment interview as quickly as possible.
If the assessment suggests that counselling is appropriate, then 5 further counselling appointments will be arranged.
If the assessment suggests that counselling is not appropriate, we will suggest other agencies which may be more helpful to meet your employee’s particular needs.
